Welcome to our annual Grassroots Football Tournament hosted by Heathfield & Horam Football Club. This year we will be hosting on the 8th & 9th June 2024.

This tournament is aimed at grassroots football teams playing in local leagues ONLY, acadamy teams will not be approved.
Please use the rules tab to familiarise yourselves with the tournament structure, match formats, match rules and permitted squad numbers. We are aiming to publish the fixtures on Tuesday 4th June 2024.
If a team looks to be popular we will review the schedule to try to accomadate more teams to register, so please apply regardless of if there is space or not!

We ask that all players are listed under the ‘My Team’ login prior to attending the tournament using your team code.

We will be running this tournament on the Tourneopal platform for the first year which will provide you with instant access to match results and any other important messages, please bear with us as its all new! We will be using the mobile phone numbers as supplied on your registration entry. Please make sure you bring those phones and they are fully charged!
Health and Safety
We ask all families, managers and tournament staff to prioritise health and safety as well as fun and enjoyment on the big day so that we all reduce risk for the children. We will have a First Aid point but we ask that Coaches have their own First Aid kits available.

Please ensure that your coaches, squad and parents adhere to this code of conduct.
Heathfield & Horam committee would like to inform visiting clubs that the FA advise it is the responsibility of individual clubs and players to make sure they have adequate insurance in case of injury to/by themselves to other players.
Heathfield & Horam Committee reserves the right to remove any player/team from the tournament after reasonable warning.
Heathfield & Horam Committee or any officials will not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to spectators, players or their property.
Heathfield & Horam Committee would like to remind you that NO private BBQ are permitted at this event.
